I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2019 Honda Accord Sport, and it’s been problem after problem. The car came with bad tires they put air in them & thought they fixed the issue, and I later found out the rear main seal needs to be replaced. It honestly feels like they just sprayed ‘cover all’ under the hood & every where else to make everything look good instead of actually fixing anything. Within just a few days of having the car, every light on the dashboard is on. It seems like they cleared codes just to sell the car without addressing the real issues. I truly don’t believe this vehicle was properly inspected at all—just cleaned up to look presentable. When I brought these issues to their attention, I was told there’s nothing they can do about it because the car was sold ‘as-is.’ I understand what as-is means, but this situation is beyond unreasonable. Now I’m stuck paying out of pocket to fix multiple problems that should have been disclosed. I do not recommend this car lot, and I definitely don’t recommend the salespeople. Please get your own inspection before buying anything from here.

My experience with Z Preowned of Thomasville left a bad impression. They sent out a flyer claiming I had won a specific prize, but when I arrived, it turned out to be a low-quality smartwatch that didn’t match what was advertised at all. It felt misleading and more like a bait-and-switch to get people into the dealership. I don’t appreciate tactics like that, and it definitely affected my trust in doing business with them.
