Had a great experience. Went in with an amount, guys pointed me to 2 vehicles. One was higher even after they graciously dropped the price down, however, they worked with me on a small finance. Easy, friendly, and proficient. I do recommend checking them out.

Any future consumers, please read this review. DO NOT buy from this dealership. I cannot stress that enough. If Google had an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would, but unfortunately that's not the case, so here is the one and only star I will ever give this junk dealership. I bought my car in early May, and within a week and a half, every single light on the dashboard turned on like a Christmas tree. I contacted the so called "warranty" company that I purchased with the vehicle, and they told me I had to take the car to a specific dealership. I went to a dealership in Creve Coeur for a diagnostic, only to find out that the warranty covered about 6% of the total repair cost. I attempted to talk to Zain about the situation, and he was disrespectful and rude. He tried to belittle me by acting like it was common knowledge that most vehicles come from auctions. He openly admitted that all he does is buy cars at auction, fix them up, and sell them at his dealership. He also told me he would provide me with some mechanics in Springfield who could work on my car, but he has yet to do so. I even messaged him on Facebook, and now he is nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, he sent me a website where I could locate and purchase used parts to fix my own car. I seriously cannot stress this enough. DO NOT BUY from this dealership. The people running Zain's may think they're businessmen, but I hope this review tells a different story. Also, Zain, when you read this, save your breath and your time. Don't bother replying to this with one of your generic ChatGPT generated responses you seem to leave on every negative review.

Moe was amazing to work with. He was very nice, respectful and knowledgeable. Loved working with him to purchase our daughters car. I would highly recommend Zains!
