I’m really late writing this review, but I’ve had my car for about a month now and I absolutely LOVE it. I purchased a brand new 2025 Buick Envista Preferred and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I can’t remember the name of the dealer who helped me, but he was freaking awesome, and the manager was just as great. Their communication with me and my mom was amazing, especially after having a terrible experience at another dealership that just didn’t feel right. Me and my mother are VERY picky about who we do business with. If you don’t have basic humanity, kindness, or professionalism, we’re not interested. But this place captivated us instantly. To put it in perspective, my mom has only worked with one dealership for the last 10+ years, and for her to switch and feel comfortable with a new one says a lot. They truly earned our trust. Not only did they help me get my car, they even sent me an Uber because I didn’t have a ride and my mom had work the next day. They made sure everything was taken care of. They even called me on my birthday, which I unfortunately missed because I was busy, but the gesture meant so much. It really showed me that they go the extra mile and genuinely care about their customers. I plan on doing all of my future business with them and recommending them to everyone I know. Sales rep Chiara was attentive and on point and what she didn't know she tried to get answers for me. The man that helped make everything happen was Tony thank you to the fullest definitely a man of his word! Also Ken was amazing this guy took every question and got me comfortable with everything! Finance team was wonderful but rushed a little bit during the process but I understand that it was literally the end of the day.
