I wasn't in the market for a car, but was thrown into it after 3 years because my car broke down and the repair cost just wasn't worth it After visiting 4 dealers in one day to haggle some numbers, trying to get a good deal. I had an idea what I wanted, but I need a price I could afford. Everyone I spoke too was nice. Leo was pretty helpful and a good listener. The sales manager also came into the conversation to help me get a pretty good deal. One thing i hate about dealers is the buying process takes so long. Inwas lucky the local wasn't packed with buyers and we were done in about 3hrs. Im pretty excited as this is my 1st luxury car as growing up I didn't think I would ever want one. But now that im 57, my tastes have changed and I felt after years of working hard and settling for less, I deserved more. Thanks guys for working to get me a decent deal. I hope more buyer visit Zeigler. Also, the dealership is so very clean you can eat off the floor. I've gone to places that look amazing outside, but terrible inside especially in the bathrooms. This place is literally spotless!

I would like to share my recent experience with Zeigler service for my 2022 CT5 blackwing. First this is where my excellent experience began with the AAA truck that GM sent to pickup my vehicle since the battery was dead or there was another issue with the vehicle. He could not have been more helpful or polite. It was a 5 star experience and easy to get my vehicle to Zeigler for the analysis and review. Upon receiving my vehicle Jazmin at Zeigler could not have been more helpful and clear with the communication through the whole process. Wasn’t sure if it was an engine, transmission or battery issue. It was only a battery issue and I know sometimes GM gets a bad wrap for their vehicles, but I have have been completely satisfied with my purchase and the fact that they stand behind their product and provide a new battery after three years of ownership. Jazmin was impressive and clear on the status of my vehicle throughout the process. One complete my vehicle was ready for pickup they offered an employee to drop it off or I could take an Uber provided and I could not be happier with the options presented from Zeigler dealership and GM. I would highly recommend Zeigler for any type of service and also recommend Jazmin for her professional service and demeanor.

So friendly and easy to work with. Whether your doing new or used talk to Jonathan he was so great to work with. And shout out to his awesome assistant Lynetta she was so friendly and we had a great time test driving and chatting while we waited on paperwork. They really make the process as painless as possible 🥰 plus I'm totally in love my newer used car 🥰❤️🥰

Listen to me when I tell you..... Ask for JuJu....! He is absolutely beyond fabulous. Every single question or concern I had was addressed or answered before I even mentioned it. I was in and out in "TWO" hours at the exact monthly payment I needed to be at. So incredibly grateful!!! Thank you, JuJu for your professionalism and knowledge and no difficulties or obstacles. Very poor customer service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the extended repair process and lack of customer support I recently experienced at this location regarding my 2023 Cadillac Escalade.My vehicle required a new engine, which took the service department a full month to complete. Furthermore, no loaner vehicle was provided during this entire period, causing significant disruption to my daily routine.For context, a friend recently had the exact same engine replacement done on their Escalade at the Arlington Heights location, and the repair was completed in just three days.Over time, I have visited this service department over 15 times, and unfortunately, I have yet to experience a satisfactory level of customer service. Given the unreasonable turnaround time, the lack of an interim vehicle, and my ongoing poor experiences at this location, I am seeking a review of this situation and assistance in ensuring better service standards in the future.
