Had a great experience test driving a 2019 Infiniti QX60. The salesman Ali was super helpful advising me on my specific credit situation, on a Saturday, knowing we weren't buying today. He is the type of salesman that cares enough to build a relationship with customers knowing repeat business is worth his time. I appreciate it! A great experience!

Highly recommend Evan in Sales - he 1000% went above and beyond expectations when looking for our minivan. He not only was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions, but he was great with entertaining our kids while my husband and I signed the paperwork. Very approachable and easy to work with, made sure we were aware of all the options while not being overly pushy. He was conscious of our time and was able to move things along in the appointment efficiently. Allen in financing was also able to get us a great rate for our loan. 10/10 Definitely recommend.

I brought my car 2020 Honda crv in Because I thought something was wrong With the PCM or something that only Honda can fix. It turns out They thought it was a blown turbo, but they said they weren’t sure if that would fix it but that’s where they wanted to start . Ok fine They wanted it over $5000 to put in a new turbo I couldn’t really afford it at that time .so I talked to Another mechanic Shop that I trust and he said he can do it himself for 2700 bucks so I just picked it up and was gonna have it brought to my mechanic. When they drove my car around, there was so much smoke. I couldn’t even see the car. It was not smoking when I brought it there and now all of a sudden it looked like buildings were on fire or smoking so much. I asked the guy who brought the car out to me. Hey what’s up? He said yeah it’s bad. It’s bad. That’s how it was when we got it. That was a complete and utter lie. I think they handled it in a sleazy way when I went and picked up the car they said nothing about it until it came driving around looking terrible. I will never do business with Ziegler Honda. I don’t know what they did to the car and maybe I’ll never know but there was no Explanation. And the guy looked ready for a fight when he brought my car around, but I didn’t give it to him He was rude. I wish I would’ve videoed it at the time so you all can see how unprofessional and unmoral they are. It’s really funny do you have all this information to say now but when I picked up the car, you said nothing. You knew you made it worse and you didn’t say A thing. I didn’t want to use your OEM parts from you because you mark them up 200 Plus percent. Just because they couldn’t afford to go with you. My car was 1000% miles worse. It’s funny how that stuff happens. You’re bad at your job. Your customer service sucks.

Charles is hands down the best salesman EVER!! He was very down to earth, non judgemental, honest and NOT pushy at all. I told him what I wanted and he gave me exactly what I wanted and more. He was very honest and up front about the vehicle, prices and payments. He offered add ons but wasn't pushing me to buy things if I didn't want them. He cleaned my car before I took it home. He showed me all the fun gadgets my car has before I pulled off the lot as well. If I ever get rid of my car I'm going to see him again! 5 stars plus for this gentleman!
