Zeigler Lincoln of Kalamazoo

Just bought my first Lincoln from Zeigler in Kalamazoo. A certified pre-owned Lincoln nautilus. After doing quite a bit of research and going to multiple dealerships, I found two at this site for a pretty low price when compared to other dealerships in a 100 mile radius. I reached out online and got in touch with Montana who had pulled up both options for me before I got to the dealership. Montana made a great deal for me that I couldn't walk away from. Much more willing to negotiate than other dealerships, though I will say the sales manager wasn't able to come down on the price of the car itself (I think the price was recently reduced online), all the wiggle room came from the trade in. I did get sold on an extended warranty wound up being over budget with that, but when I called back the sales office, Ed was willing to work with me on the price to get within my budget. After the car was washed Montana took me to get a full tank of gas before going on my way. I was told my vehicle would be detailed before I drove off the lot, though it was not detailed like I thought it would be for a certified pre-owned luxury vehicle. There were some small stains that I only noticed after I had gotten out on the interstate (I was very excited to get the car home) and found some surprise Advil capsules in the center console confirming that they maybe took a vacuum to the bottom of the car and that was it. Overall though I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Zeigler Lincoln for anyone looking to get a good deal on a high end car

Attempted to buy a Lincoln 1/3/26. Locked in a price. Came back a couple days later and was told all the numbers have changed. How do numbers change in 1 working day? Bait and switch tactic. Absolutely blown away this is how business is run. Nobody said a word about any numbers changing and that a decision had to be made that day to lock in the price. When prices are given they should be good for x amount of time. I wasted hours and hours of time and that’s unacceptable.

My first brand new Lincoln purchase with agent Brandon Hass was excellent! Thank you for all the support and help getting my custom built Lincoln Corsair, the service was outstanding….I would highly recommend Brandon’s expertise. I am very happy driving my new Lincoln!

Highly recommend- The Process was smooth and easy, had never been in a newer model Lincoln before. Hannah from sales was knowledgeable, and after I noticed a chip in the wind shield right after leaving the dealership, I contacted her and she set everything up to have it replaced.

Tyler who works here is lazy, didn’t want to tell us anything about a used car we were trying to buy. Will not be recommending this place to ANYONE. Let us test drive a car that smelled like wet dog, had a literal Wendy’s bag in the car. Disrespectful and gross. Told us since it was one of the cheapest used car on the lots that it should basically be expected. If I could put 0 starts I would.
