I had a great experience purchasing my new car. I had been searching for the right vehicle for about a year, and I’m really happy I finally found the one that fit what I was looking for. My 2026 Subaru Outback Premium! Maddy, the saleswoman I worked with, was excellent throughout the process—professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The entire sales and finance team also made things simple and straightforward. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and efficient. What stood out most was that there was no pressure at any point, which made the experience much more comfortable compared to other dealerships I’ve dealt with. I was able to take my time, get my questions answered, and make my decision confidently. Overall, it was a positive and stress-free experience, and I’d definitely recommend working with this team.

My daughter was in need of a new car and I had a tight budget. She looked on line but naturally wanted to see them in person. She adored her car named Earl and we knew it might be tough to part with. So, here's the deal. I had had a succession of cars that were over-priced, and I had gotten into an accident a couple of years ago, and thought, "well, maybe I should try a Subaru." I had absolutely NO knowledge of what the brand had to offer except that I heard this crazy statistic about how many were still on the road ten years after being purchased. So, I spent some time with Daniel at Ziegler and decided on a 2024 Crosstrek. Here is the secret I don't think they brag about nearly enough. These cars have so much safety technology, they FAR EXCEED what is offered by cars twice their price. Now it is 2026, and my 2014 (close to worn out big SUV) was calling out to be traded in. I loved my Crosstrek but still needed at least one bigger vehicle, so I texted Daniel, asked him about an Outback, and two work days later drove away in a 2025 Outback that only had 2500 miles on it, and the price was amazing! Not only that, but every single person I came into contact with at Ziegler was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, I cannot imagine going anywhere else. By the way, TOTALLY LOVING the Outback. I am so geeked out by all the tech it comes with and the fact that Daniel knew how to use it all, and was quite willing to teach me. Ziegler Subaru, you continue to shine as one of the best dealerships in FW!

I had a very unfortunate accident that totaled my car. Naturally, it couldn't have happened at a worse time for me. Blaike did an amazing job at helping me get into another vehicle.
