Just purchased a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness from this dealership and it was fantastic. Very honest and up front about the vehicle and features, made this buying process super easy. I was in and out of the door in 45 minutes.

Can’t do zero but they definitely deserve zero stars. I bought a car back in January 2025. It was a 2023 car and less than one week that car broke down from electrical issues. Went back to this dealership asking for help and they refused to help. The guy with the fake spill cup basically told me to deal with it myself. Took the car to another dealership they told me that this dealership Ziegler messed with the electrical component. After weeks of trying to call Ziegler to set an appointment to get the car fix and asking for Kim who sold me the car she avoided my calls and after two weeks she finally called me back. they took my car middle of Jan 10th and I never got it back until March 26(still having to pay for this car minded you) they told me the car was fix and that it is deemed drivable. the car broke down again March 30th. I went to the other Delership to have them fix it. That Delership told me ziegler made it worse and that they left the electrical box dangling and not secured in its place. I once again had to call Ziegler to ask for help on the car they were dodging again and once they finally agree to help after I said about bringing lawyer involved. They refuse to get my a Temp car so I can get to and from work. Terrible people who work their, only think about selling and not the customers needs, sell faulty cars. Kim is unqualified to be a sell rep and the staff couldn’t be less approachable. Stay far away from this place if you want to have something reliable and good quality cars Or honest and genuine people.

I don’t usually take the time to write Google reviews, but this experience deserved one. I had been searching for weeks for a specific vehicle for my younger brother, who was about to turn 18 and get his first car loan. Having worked in the car business for years, I know how stressful and drawn-out the process can be, and I wanted it to be as smooth and straightforward as possible for him. I found a vehicle at Zeigler Subaru of Kenosha that was slightly above his budget, but the Carfax was phenomenal. The vehicle had been purchased there, traded in there, purchased again, traded in again, and now it’s my brothers. That history gave me a lot of confidence. When I submitted my inquiry, I specifically requested a video of the vehicle running and wanted to see under the hood before making the trip. Chase reached out right away. From the beginning, I was upfront that I didn’t want to play games since this was my brother’s first vehicle purchase. I handled all of the negotiations, and Chase was communicative, honest, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The transaction was simple, transparent, and exactly what I was hoping for. With all the negative reviews you sometimes see associated with other Zeigler stores, I wanted to make sure I shared a positive experience when it was earned. If you’re considering Zeigler Subaru of Kenosha, give them a chance. Chase and the team made this one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve had, and my brother couldn’t be happier with his first vehicle.

Great experience! Chase was my salesman, he was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and not pushy. He listened and offered me different options based on my needs and what I was looking for. Thanks Chase! Then I met with Maggie to finalize the sale and sign all the documents. Maggie was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

I love Zeigler Subaru! Everyone who works there is attentive, cheerful, kind, dedicated to giving you the best experience ever, and just generally a pleasure to deal with each time. The service department keeps my Impreza running great. I love that they give you a complimentary car wash before you go.
