However, after reviewing my information, the dealership attempted to change the pricing structure and later stated they were unwilling to proceed with the sale for unclear and inconsistent reasons. Shortly afterward, I observed the same vehicle being relisted online at a higher price. This type of conduct raises serious concerns regarding deceptive advertising and potential bait-and-switch sales practices. Consumers should exercise caution when dealing with this dealership and ensure that all advertised pricing and financing terms are documented in writing before authorizing any credit inquiry. I am currently documenting the incident and reviewing the matter for potential submission to the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, and other applicable regulatory agencies.
