Jeff Schumann was an amazing salesperson. He was working with both me and my boyfriend at the same time. He found both of us the vehicle we were looking for and made the process very easy and fast. We both took home our new vehicles within a day of each other and are thrilled with them. Teagan in financing also made sure we were comfortable with all of the financing options and made that process seamless as well. We have both purchased from Zimbrick previously, but after this experience, I don't think we would ever even think about purchasing anywhere else.

I was charged for a diagnostic that was incorrect. I was told I had faulty shutters at the front of my GMC and needed to be replaced at a price over $2k. They claimed they opened slowly. In reality one set was stuck as there was a rock in the shutters. Removed the rock and all works fine. I was also charges a hazardous materials fee of $10 for a service that required no hazardous materials. They are proud of how poorly the 6.2L trucks have failing engines as they have one on display. Wrong diagnosis, grossly overpriced, and charged for services never done.
