Zimbrick INFINITI

Recently had my oil changed in prep for a trip out east (N.H, PA and MA). As always, everyone at Infinity Zimbrick's are happy and helpful. A warm, friendly greeting at the door; show you to the lounge for coffee and treats; come get you when the car is ready. Couldn't ask for a nicer experience. Of course, its always nice to be told that my Infinity is perfect and ready for my next trip!!! Off we go again.

They clearly explained the work needed, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed everything efficiently and carefully. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and it needed an expensive part (thankfully my extended warranty covered it). The part was ordered right away and fixed the very next day. I was really pleased with the Service Department, Trent was great to work with!

Paul Schaefer the service guy was very helpful and accommodating. My interior heating system was out. Had a loaner waiting for me which was very appreciated. The mechanic checked out everything, and found a simple solution that cured the problem. Mechanic also performed a full safety check on the entire vehicle! All this was done for a reasonable cost. I was glad to have the heat back on.

Keith was amazing! This was my First time taking my car to Zimbrick Infiniti for repairs to my vehicle and I was very satisfied with the service. Keith was knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had about the car in a way I could understand. Also they would send videos of the damage and what needed to be repaired and that made me feel comfortable and trusting with the shop. Very Honest place and definitely plan on taking my car there to Keith for any future services.
