I had a great experience purchasing my new car at Zimbrick Nissan. The staff was not at all pushy, and I appreciate that they did not attempt to pressure me into unnecessary add-ons. Very straightforward pricing I highly recommend asking for Cale; he is an excellent sales professional.

I've been wanting a Stinger since forever and Zimbrick Nissan just so happen to have the perfect one. Brook and Trevor were so persistent and patience when it came to getting my deal done. I didn't feel pressured at all. These were the most genuine salespeople I've ever dealt with at a dealership. I am extremely happy with my car and I greatly appreciate the work you guys put in. As a woman, I hate when the time comes to buy a car. I always feel like the people I’m working with are trying to pull something over on me. Even when I purchase a car, and should be excited, I always leave feeling drained and defeatedI didn’t feel like this at Zimbrick. My salesperson, Jacorian Rice made me feel valued and respected from the minute I stepped into the showroom. I was smiling when I left. Probably the first time ever after a car purchase:)

I called Zimbrick Nissan for an appointment to have my car serviced. Neil Answered the phone and got me an appointment that worked for my schedule. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation plus some periodic work based on mileage. Neil Verma greeted me as I drove in. I remembered his voice and name. Neil is a well dressed young man and very respectful. I waited in the service area. Neil gave me an update on my car before the work was completed to keep me informed of how things were going. I was expecting to be there about two hours. When my work was completed Neil told showed me on the paper work what was done and what will need to be worked on in the future. They even washed my car! Neil Verma was my service consultant. He is one top notch gentleman that made my experience at Zimbrick a Great one. Thank you to Zimbrick Nissan for your caring service and Big thanks to Neil. Of course I don’t get to see the actual people doing the work on my car but I trust that they are certified mechanics that know what they are doing. I have been coming to Zimbrick since we bought our two Nissans in the spring of 2020. At that time we swore off on another brand of vehicle and tried them all before we decided to buy Nissan. I am glad we did. Zimbrick Nissan is an Awesome dealership. I know that when it is time to replace our current vehicles that I don’t have to shop around anymore. Zimbrick Nissan is the place to go!
