I took my Tiguan in for its yearly checkup. I also had four extra questions I needed help with. They took the time to answer all of my questions. They even washed my car when I was initially told the temperature was too cold to wash it. They kept it warm in the garage for me. How special is that? I was very pleased with their excellent service. They went above and beyond to make me a happy, satisfied customer!

First let me say, THANK YOU!! Zimbrick Volkswagen is by far the best in customer service and I appreciate everything they did. They were prompt in assessing my vehicle, they made sure that I had an open line of communication and they were experts at diagnosing the problem. They finished my vehicle quickly and made sure I was happy with the service. They even washed my car when they finished and gave me a new oil change. They explained the entire process every step of the way and made sure I understood everything to the letter. Of note- Rob in the service department was phenomenal. He was kind, appropriate, and overall made me feel at ease knowing my vehicle would be completed with care. I would highly recommend this place for services and for automotive needs! And- if you need a new car, they have a large fleet of vehicles in excellent condition to sell you so that you get top of the line product in all essence of the word. Hands down- they deserve the number one spot for customer service!!! Thank you again!!

Although the work looks nice, the cost was over 3x the estimate and we were notified of this via text/email. We received several texts stating the vehicle was ready, but it actually was not. Communication and customer service is an opportunity here as I also witnessed behavior to another customer when we finally did pick up our vehicle. I have not experienced this from any other Zimbrick location.

Great experience at Zimbrick Volkswagen of Madison. They honored the warranty on my dashboard repair without any issues, were very upfront about the process and timing since the part had to be ordered, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My car was returned clean and in great shape. Highly recommend.

They worked well and fast, but they unplugged my dash cam without telling me and forgot to plug it back in. Not sure what they did to my vehicle to warrant unplugging my dash cam, or why they decided to leave it unplugged. I only noticed it 300miles later.
