In all my years of car shopping/buying this was the WORSE! We drove 2 hours for a car that was not as described. Had dents, paint patches, brake concerns, told remote start and didn’t have. Had only one key (which was the only credit he was willing to provide). Car overpriced for what you were getting. Fine to walk away as we did but that manger was so RUDE. He was not happy we were not purchasing yet ok with the false advertising. We left there drove to Koch in Easton and only paid $4K more for an ungraded model and brand new. Your shop is dirty, old, staff under-qualified, selling cars not as described and honestly you as the manger should be ashamed on how you treated us most of all. BEWARE BEFORE BUYING HERE.

I don't usually try and write a negative review, but man am I frustrated. We wanted to get some repairs done for our vehicle. Again I get shop labor is high. But at this place I got multiple quotes that kept changing. Initially for a big job it was a little over 2 grand. We decided to cut back on something we wanted done and got another price. We agreed to it and it was supposed to be done the next day in the morning. We are waiting for a call and never received one. I call in and they tell me that the part that was on hand is no longer on hand and we would have to wait till Monday to get. So they were never going to tell me just keep my vehicle over the weekend. Monday comes and we are waiting for a call. It wasn't till I called around 1 that they tell me they just received the part. 🤯 And they would get it done before close. I get to the shop and of course a bit frustrated. They end up billing me way more than they told me it would cost on Friday. Not to mention waste our time and kept my vehicle when it wasn't necessary. Complete 🗑️. I won't be back. Ever

I forgot to leave a review from when I purchased about two months ago. I worked with Gabe (for the second time, bought a 2020 GC Trailhawk well over a year ago from him for my wife). Fantastic salesman as always. Kind, courteous and professional. Was given more for my trade in than I thought possible and worked pretty extensively on a deal to get me out of my headache of a truck. After a few days of back and forth (thats on me, not them. I'm a pain to work with as I really didn't know what I wanted to replace my truck with) we did an awesome deal on my first ever brand new vehicle, a 2024 Gladiator. I couldn't be happier with the experience and I know when the time comes, I know who I'll be going to see!

Really they've good deals. When you enter place talk to used car manager Mr. Brian. He'll help you with finance managers and all sales reps nice and helpful and they'll find something for you and for your pocket.
